Store Policies & Wholesale Terms

1. General Sales (Individual Customers)

  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the limited nature of our decks, all sales are final. We do not offer returns for change-of-mind.

  • Defective Items: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect (e.g., ink bleed, missing cards), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement for defective items if stock is available. If the item is a limited edition and sold out, a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping will be issued.

2. Wholesale Terms (Retail Partners)

  • Scope of Liability: As a wholesale provider, our liability is strictly limited to the wholesale unit price and proportional shipping costs of the items sold.

  • Defective Units: Retailers must inspect wholesale shipments upon arrival. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of the wholesale delivery date.

  • Replacements & Refunds:

    • If a unit is confirmed defective, we will ship a replacement with the retailer's next order or as a standalone shipment, subject to stock availability.

    • Sold-Out Items: If an item is out of stock or part of a completed limited run, we will issue a full refund of the wholesale cost plus proportional shipping for that unit.

  • Retailer Autonomy & Fulfillment: We do not cover costs associated with a retailer’s individual store policies, third-party fulfillment fees, or international shipping costs incurred by the retailer when resolving issues with their own end-customers. Our responsibility ends at the reimbursement of the original wholesale transaction value.

  • Inventory Management: For limited-run or small-batch productions, we do not guarantee "warranty stock." We recommend retailers factor the possibility of rare manufacturing defects into their own inventory planning.

3. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Shipping Issues: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. For lost or stolen items, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

4. Limited Edition / Small-Batch Disclaimer

Many of our products are produced in small, artisanal batches. Once a production run is marked "Sold Out," no further replacements can be provided. In these cases, a ful refund for the defective unit is the final resolution.
