Store Policies & Wholesale Terms
1. General Sales (Individual Customers)
Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final due to the limited nature of our decks. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (such as inking issues or missing cards), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect areas.
Resolution: We will replace the defective item if stock is available. If the item is a sold-out limited edition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price plus the original shipping cost.
2. Wholesale Terms (Retail Partners)
Scope of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the wholesale unit price and the proportional shipping costs of the affected item(s).
Defective Units: We kindly ask retail partners to inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery, along with supporting photos.
Resolution for Defects:
If stock is available, we will provide a replacement.
If the item is out of stock or part of a completed limited run, we will issue a full refund of the wholesale unit price plus the proportional shipping fee for that unit.
Replacements (when available) will be shipped with your next wholesale order.
Important Notes:
We do not cover costs related to your store’s individual return policies, third-party fulfillment fees, or international shipping expenses incurred when resolving issues with your end customers.
Our responsibility ends once we replace or refund the original wholesale unit(s).
Due to the small-batch nature of our production, we cannot guarantee overstock. We recommend retailers account for the possibility of rare defects in their inventory planning.
3. Shipping & Lost Packages
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Issues: Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
4. Limited Edition / Small-Batch Disclaimer
Our products are produced in small, artisanal batches. Once a production run is marked “Sold Out,” no further replacements are possible. In such cases, a full refund for the defective unit will be issued as the final resolution.
